Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu with 55% rice polishing ratio
This is a new sake pressed and bottled in the early morning of Risshun. It is a special sake made only once a year to pray for good health, safety in the home, and prosperity in business. The sake is shipped only after praying at the famous Nagayama Shrine in Asahikawa, Hokkaido.
The aroma is a fresh ginjo scent. The aroma is a fresh ginjo aroma, and my first impression when I drank it was that it was fresher and sweeter than last year's. The alcohol content is high, but I think it is easy to drink.
