森康央I noticed it at a liquor store I usually visit and asked about it. I was told that it is the first product of Sake Brooklyn LAB, a project by Sake Brooklyn Brew-ing CO.
The brewer is Mr. Ueda, a graduate of Abe Sake Brewery.

It is cloudy white, a little spicy, and has a refreshing aroma.
In the mouth, it is a gentle drink without much shwashiness. The freshness is strong and gorgeous.
The taste is clear, soft, sweet and spicy rather than spicy. It spreads out gradually and the flavor comes through. ☺️
It is so easy to drink that you can easily drink more sake without any tsumami (Japanese rice wine) 😋.
After a few days, a soft spiciness was followed by a soft sweetness and then a slight taste of rice 😎.
