So, it's been a while since I've been on top of this!
Neo-Classics and the like already stick in the minds of HR/HM lovers because of the name, you know what I mean! (speaking rapidly)
Basically, it's an acidity-based assembly...
The sweetness comes from the acidity and finishes with the acidity.
(It may be a little strange since it is after a certain amount of drinking...) There is an alu feeling in the sensation after drinking, so you may not like it here.
However, the short aftertaste after drinking means that it is easy to drink, so I think this is a plus.
Personally, I like the taste!

This sake is more interesting at room temperature than too chilled...!
I recommend it at Hanayakie or chilled!
