The sake was made by the Raifuku Sake Brewery and their classmates from the University of Agriculture!
Using rice produced by a rice farmer who had been a student of Raifuku Sake Brewery, the owner of the sake bar was the SAKE producer and came up with the idea for this project.
It is a very unique sake.
Smoked flavor? Sourness from the 🍊?
It was very peculiar 💦.
