Basically, cold chrysanthemums are delicious.

I especially like this Hoshikai.
The aroma is not so strong and the taste is sweet.
The aftertaste is clean and bitter.
When it is opened, it is gassy and fresh.
Personally, I especially like the feeling when it settles down a bit on the fourth day after opening.
There is almost no bitterness or alcohol smell.
It has a sweet flavor and a little sourness.
It really feels like a fruit wine.
It goes well with a white wine glass.
