Takatsugu
Today, we opened a bottle of our favorite "Nito" kijo sake.
It has a good balance of acidity and umami, and a soft sweetness that spreads gently on the palate. It is better as an aperitif or an after-dinner drink than as a mid-meal drink.
The 500ml bottle is a bit extravagant, but I thought it would be nice to drink it as a celebratory drink on a special occasion. Delicious ‼️
