These are notes from a drunk, so please do not trust them.
When I was in my fourth year of working, Ei-kun was my favorite drinker along with Toyobai. I didn't expect to find it here. In other words, I haven't had Ei-kun for more than 10 years.
It has a beautiful bubbly aroma for a while, and the sweetness is moderate, with the umami of the rice giving the impression of sweetness. If the time it takes to drink it as a whole is 10, 3 to 4 are the rice flavor, and 4 are the alcohol flavor and "sake flavor" in a good sense. But strangely enough, there is a green banana-like aroma on the nose until the end. It goes well with meals!
It reminded me of the old days of drinking and made me kind of happy: ❤️
