This "Senkohana" is an assemblage of "Modern Senkou Mukunin" and "Classic Senkou Mukunin" and is a limited brew for this season.
As the soft drink-like bottle suggests, it has a lychee-like aroma and a juicy mouthfeel with a sweet and sour taste and a little bit of a squishy feeling in the mouth!
It is low in alcohol and is a truly delicious sake that can be drunk by itself 😊.
