Koeigiku美雲 無濾過生原酒

Long time no review.
I've been busy with work and haven't had time to write a review today, even though I've been drinking.
It's been a long time since I've seen Koei Kiku.
Among them, it was nice to meet you at Bikun.
Koueikiku is known for its sweet sake, and Bikun is also a sweet sake.
The mouthfeel has a slight gaseous feeling reminiscent of rumune right after opening the bottle.
After a couple of days, the gaseous sensation is gone, and the fruity flavor reminiscent of white peaches is irresistible.
As you sip, the aroma of the wooden vat and the bitterness after the sweetness pulls the whole thing together, so even if you don't have an entrée, you will drink too much.
