はるきんぐShizuku" by Kuroryu Shuzo in Fukui Prefecture. I️ finally met the sake I've been longing for.
They release the sake only twice a year, in June and October or November. That's why it's so hard to meet them...it makes sense!
I was so excited that I didn't even take a picture... I don't even remember the taste.
Anyway, it was beautiful and easy to drink, that's all I remember...
I'll have to remember it next time I see him...
