The Daiginjo I experienced the other day was also a shock to me, as it overturned my own sense of value about sake, but this one was just right for me! The balance of gorgeousness, sweetness, sourness, and dignity that sets it off is so perfect that I don't think I would regret calling it a complete sake for the time being. It's a work of art. Cheers!
