Hop Doburoku from Pukupuku Brewing
Sourness of lemon and bitter aroma of grapefruit. I don't feel the sake flavor that much. The last thing that leaves your nose is beer.
Oh, the sweetness is not so much.
I love it 90 points. However, it is not my favorite sake.
