As stated on the label, "Tanonota" means "rice field in Tanono. Tanono, a long, narrow basin surrounded by mountains, is one of the "Five Sanuki Townships. Rice cultivation has flourished in this village since ancient times, and the high altitude and warm days and nights make it ideal for growing high-quality rice. The brewery is located in Kanonji City, Kagawa Prefecture. The brewery is located in Kagawa Prefecture's Kannonji City and has contracted with a farmer in Tanono to grow Yamadanishiki. The aroma is subtly juicy and the taste is mainly fruity, but the schwarziness and umami coexist, and the taste is not boring to drink. The fruity taste and the sweetness of rice with a milling rate of 60% coexist in a balanced system. The aftertaste was light and refreshing. Delicious 😋.
