Fumotoi純米吟醸 DEWA33 おりがらみ 生
海の男The bubbles that come out of the bottle when opened are intense. It stops just before it overflows from the bottle. The aroma has a hint of koji sweetness. The taste is quite dry, with little acidity but a touch of astringency. The sugar content is 9.3%. It is said to have a freshness, but I personally do not find it so fresh, and it is too neat and dry to be very tasty.
