ジョナジョナNigori sake brewed with red yeast, Jun Daigin. Amazing color.
Slightly round and sweet aroma. The juicy sweet and sourness matched with the shwashiness makes it very easy to drink. The lingering aroma is a bit like rice, reminding us again that this is sake.
I can't help but feel that by drinking this, I have experienced hanami (flower viewing).
