Nagasaki Sake Vol.2
On a business trip the other day, it was still hard to eat out...
At a liquor store near our hotel, they recommended this Nagasaki sake.
It's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so you'd think it would be sweet and tart, but it's a bit of a splash, then the sweetness spreads to your mouth and disappears quickly. It has the tingling feeling of unfiltered undiluted sake, but it is a very crisp sake.
It's not a brand you hear much about, but it's a great sake.
It has no miscellaneous flavors and would go well with fresh fish or squid.
I like to drink it at home without a side dish.
