Hanamaru Rikuwada Nama Sake
This is Hanamup, as always. Kai-san of SakeLabo ranked it 10th on his list of hard-to-find sake, and I am happy that there is a distributor near me. This year, my goal is to complete the entire Hanamup series, so I went to buy some as soon as I checked the SNS. Hanayu is only sold in 1-sho bottles, so it's hard to store them. Sometimes they offer four-pack bottles, so I buy them when I find them. The sake rice, Rikuwada, was cultivated by the chairman of Jyushiyo, Mr. Takagi, and is grown in small quantities. It is precious. The sake level is drier than the other Hanayuup varieties, with a gorgeous sweetness that is quickly followed by a sourness. While the sourness is still in the mouth, the sweetness doubles when you take another sip of Hanayuup. It is a sake that makes you feel that it is delicious.
