The sake rice is Koshitanrei.
I had avoided this sake because it claims to be a dry sake, but a sake store employee recommended it to me and when I tried it, it was too good....
It is not the dry sake you might imagine, but has a subtle sweetness, a slight sourness, and a final touch of alcohol and sharpness that is too exquisite to be typical of sake.
This is a sake for a new age.
A sake that claims to be dry, which will make even those who dislike dry sake groan.
