On Saturday, we had a regular sake drinking party and enjoyed regular sake, and today we are cleaning up the rest of Saturday's drink. p
Drinking it again, I found it to be clear, crisp and very easy to drink.
If I say it tastes light, that may be true, but it may mean that the taste does not interfere with the meal.
It is a moderately tasty sake.
The catchphrase "15 degrees of umami" is very strange. I tried various ways of heating sake with water that day, and was able to confirm that just adding a little bit of water can change the taste very much, so perhaps 15 degrees is the best after much trial and error.
