I heard from the liquor store that they only make this once-a-year light cloudy sake for reservations, so I waited two months and got it today. I heard that this sake is of such high quality that it is even used in Michelin-starred restaurants, so even though I drink it at home, I drink it as if it were a champ. The aroma is fruity, slightly effervescent, and naturally fresh. The sweetness and acidity are well balanced, and the taste is refreshing yet deep. There is no cloying aftertaste, and it can go on forever. Delicious!
