Kumakichi
A bottle I got at a corner bar of my favorite liquor store a while ago.
Yonotori 15th Anniversary
I had given up on drinking this bottle, but I rushed to the Kaku-uchi because I could drink it!
The rice polishing ratio was 60% for the regular Yonotori to 50% for the commemorative sake, the alcohol content was different from 13% to 12%, and the cork stopper was corked, so I wondered if I could enjoy the fizzy sensation.
I personally like this sake very much, but this one is a commemorative sake, so I am very much looking forward to it!
Its taste was as delicious as expected! It is a sweeter, more concentrated version of Yonotori, which is a refreshingly sweet sake for a kijoshu, but with zero kudos!
The taste is more concentrated and sweeter than Yonotori, which has a refreshing sweetness for a kijo sake, but there is no kudzu! It is expensive, but I would like to drink it again!
Rice polishing ratio: 50% (improved Nobukou)
Alcohol content: 12
