YamasyuI look forward to this Risshun morning press every year. It has just arrived! This year, 44 breweries participated, which is much less than usual, but as usual, I bought a box of Koshi from Iinuma Honke in Chiba Prefecture. Tonight we're having it with kasumi, ankimo, and kawahagi. I'm really looking forward to it 🤤 Thanks to the hard work of the sake brewers and liquor stores, we can enjoy this freshly pressed sake!
