I went for one more round of the comparison with "kiritanpo" as an accompaniment!
The first one is "Harukasumi" on the right.
The aroma of sugarcane penetrates through the nose.
It has a clear, but soft, touch that blends in nicely.
It is dry with a mineral taste, but it also has the umami of rice and a bit of fruity flavor, making it a high quality sake even for a honjozo!
