Your first nine-headed dragon! It has a cool name 👍I don't know why I haven't had a chance to try Kuroryu Shuzo's sake before. I was looking forward to trying their Junmai-shu, which can be served either cold or warm. It goes well with flavorful food, and the cold one has a watery taste with a slight sour aftertaste that is unique to Japanese sake. As soon as it's warmed up, it has a deep, sour taste that only a traditional sake can have. I prefer this sake cold. Ingredients: rice, rice malt Alcohol content:14.5%. Rice polishing rate: 65%.
