シロタマ
Heated sake. It is said to be better when it is hot.
It has a strong, distinctive aroma, but it seems to drift only near the sake cup. The mouthfeel is round and the aftertaste is very long. This is the characteristic of strong sake.
Sake brewed with Tottori's strong sake. I think I'm already hooked.
