たくみパパ
The aroma is of lactic acid and apple. In the mouth, the sweetness and sourness of apples spread to the palate. The apple element is so strong and rich that it is hard to tell even if it is served as an apple sake. However, it is not just a sweet and sour sake, it also has a dry element that comes later, so the aftertaste is dry and crisp. I personally prefer this to last year's because I feel like I can drink it more crisply. It was a delicious sake.
