I bought Bodhi yeast from Kaze no Mori because I saw it for the first time 🍶.
I had the impression that Bodai Hashiroshi would be extremely sweet, but this one has almost no sweetness and instead has a strong acidity. It has a unique aroma without the general umami of rice.
In general, it is refreshingly bitter.
I guess this is a challenging series since it is an ALPHA, but I have a very different impression from the ALPHA1 I drank last year, and I am struggling with the image of Kaze no Mori in my mind 😅.
