ラストリバーAlthough it is classified as a regular sake, it has a different flavor than most regular sake. The umami of the rice is clear, and the sharpness is good. The mouthfeel is a bit hard, but I have the impression that the flavor will open up more if the sake is warmed to lukewarm.
