A local festival that had been canceled due to the Corona disaster was held for the first time in many years.
To celebrate, we had a local sake sake 🍶.
It was drier than I liked. However, it gradually became milder.
Sohyo Sake Brewery makes a lot of sake with more care than this.
For those who live far away, I would highly recommend the higher-end sake!

Good morning, Snow Moon Flower Star 😃.
It's great to have the festival back 🤗I heard that 90% of Souhyo's brew is consumed within Tochigi prefecture, so I hope it will be spread more widely outside the prefecture 😊.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙
Various festivals are back in various places this year 🏮👘✨.
Souhyo, indeed, you may not have seen it outside of the prefecture💡⠜ It's a sake that I wish would spread more 😊.

I also opened a bottle of Senkou Stag that day.
