He recommended all temperature ranges, from chilled to heated, but I had it cold. But I enjoyed this cold sake. The rich rice flavor and the sourness of the sake made it a perfect match for my taste buds.
It reminded me of Kaiun-no-home-fuji, with the same region of origin, raw rice, yeast, and even alcohol content.
Dried horse mackerel or something to go with it 😁
