Nice to meet you, Haneya-san.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a popping sound and smelled a very nice aroma.
The mouthfeel has a fruity ginjo aroma and a slight gassy feeling, with a soft sweetness and umami that fills the mouth,
It finishes with a light acidity,
It is a delicious sake.
We enjoyed a bottle of sake with a side of hokke (open fish), assorted sashimi, etc.
