Continuing the Ehime series. I bought it, wondering why it was plum, even though it was sake. Later, I learned that it was a popular brand. I am very sorry.
Well, the aroma is youthful. In a bad way, it gives a milky impression. The taste is mellow and appeals directly to the throat rather than the tongue. I wanted to drink this with Ehime cuisine, not at home.
