アラサー酒呑童子
A glass of "Akanesasu," a brand that I find myself wanting to drink regularly, was served at a kaku-uchi (corner bar).
The texture is smooth and clear with a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, the fruity aroma of melon and pineapple spreads, followed by sweetness and umami. It is easy to drink with a lingering aftertaste.
This is a modern sake that has a strong presence as the star of the show, as it is only served in first class on international flights.
Rice: Kinmon-Nishiki, 49 polished
Strength: 17%.
