Luxury drinking comparison 🍻. Otter is a bottle of Jyushidai. I think it was around 6,000 yen for a bottle of 20-30%. Very clear and watery too 💧. I just don't think I'd buy otters by themselves 😅 The 3rd and 4th pictures are Shinmasa brought by a junior colleague. The wonderful world of Junmai sake*3 It tastes like it was brewed with almost all koji and genmai. It's just that it's been left too long 💤. Is this taste a characteristic of all koji? I can't tell if the taste is a characteristic of all koji or if it's something that has aged 🤣.
