Originally it was sold during the brewery opening, but this year it is being held online. It's fun to be able to drink something that is usually served in the fall as a nama sake.
You can really taste the flavor of the rice in the nama-moto style. It is made from Omachi rice grown in Okayama Prefecture, and has a firm acidity, a slight bitterness, and a refreshing aroma.
It went well with cheesecake. If you combine it with Lemando, the banana feeling becomes stronger.
