The aroma is like a matured sake!
It is sweet and umami-style! It has sweetness and richness as if it has been matured for a year, but the aftertaste is clean!
There is no orikarami-like oriki sensation. 🈚️
This is my first time to drink Wakakoma! It tasted different from what I imagined, but I liked it.
