It was the most acidic of the three.
It has a light mouthfeel with a sourness similar to bitter orange or lemon, and the fruity aftertaste comes to the fore and tightens up.
I drank it cold, but it was interesting to see the sweetness nuance like cotton candy appear in the aftertaste when the temperature was raised after leaving it for a while.
It was also enjoyable with meat dishes such as roast beef.
