I've been curious about this one too 😃😃.
I tried it without any previous information and felt this one was a little dry and dry 🤔🧐.
It was a bit heavy on the palate, with a caramel-like aroma and a rich rice flavor.
Because it is dry, I did not feel any sweetness, but rather a strong acidity and umami.
I am not used to dry sake, so I felt a strong sense of alcohol and not much gas 🤔.
But it was a good opportunity for me to broaden my knowledge of dry sakes.
