I asked a liquor store I know to send me a recommendation ❗ and this is what I got.
I am mainly supporting a sake brewery in Toyama that suffered damage from the Noto Peninsula earthquake, but I like Manjusen 🥰.
First of all, the stopper is a cork. The aroma when you open your mouth also smells like oak barrels. It is no longer sake but white wine 🥂.
The mouthfeel is mellow because it has been aged (5 years).
I went to Kanazawa last year, and now I'm thinking of going to Toyama. I want to eat GASU-EBI.... I want to eat gusuebi... 🤤.
