ちゅうえいToday's sake is a special limited edition Junmai Daiginjo Sharaku from Miyazumi Meijo Co. in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. This is served in JAL international business class. I️ was surprised that it was offered at a general liquor store, and the taste is as good as it gets. It's easy to drink even for people from overseas, or even for people who have never had sake before. Is it a little sweet? The ginjo aroma is an elegant melon. Melon soda? No! It's not enough for a No.4 bottle.
