On the palate, it disappears pleasantly with a silky texture along with sweet and sour taste. The rice seems to be Miyamanishiki, which is said to be characterized by its fruity and light taste. As a sweet sake lover, this is delicious 😋 I've paired it with raw oysters, canned red snow crab, and shioudoufu, all of which match well 😭 delicious delicious ✨
