HIIROIt starts with a moderate sweetness, followed by a rich and unique flavor and acidity that spreads in the mouth. The gasiness is also a bit strong. It is not the type of sake that leaves a strong aftertaste, so it is easy to drink, but more than the ease of drinking, I was impressed by the perfect harmony of sweetness, umami, and acidity. I felt that the flavor weakened a little after a few days after opening, which was my only disappointment.
