I'll have it with a glass of Hanayake wine!
The aroma is a little alty.
The taste is...oh, this is...sweet!
But while it has the sweetness characteristic of kijo-zake, it is not too clingy!
Kijoshu is a very different type of sake, but it is a genre of sake that I would like people who are not familiar with sake to try.
I think it is a good subject to learn about the wide range of potentials of sake...
By the way, this is one of the best kijozake I've had so far... mmmm, delicious!
