A friend recommended Gazanryu to me after a long time 🍶 He said it was especially good back here. Unfinished unfiltered pure sake of Honjozo is rare even among my regular drinking.
It has the image of a dry brand, and it is indeed dry with no sweetness. On the other hand, the aroma is fruity and rich, sweet and juicy like muscat 🍇, perhaps because it is a nama-shu.
