Tsuchida稲とアガベ×土田酒造 生もと仕込 自然栽培ササニシキ

At the Harukas event, we compared two different types of sake. The first was a collaboration between Ina, Agave, and Tsuchida Sake Brewery.
I have never had both of these sake, but this one is easy to drink with a strong flavor and acidity, and it is one that I can't help but enjoy.
The manufacturer is Tsuchida Sake Brewery, so I will check in in Gunma Prefecture 🙇.
