hellobeatrixThis sake was enjoyed at Fukuyama’s amazing sake bar Koke. It was a recommendation based on my love for sake from Nara. This felt like a very special sake to be able to try. I have never seen a nigori behave quite like this one. The flavour was developed and rounded. Absolutely enjoyable and not too sweet. The profile was sophisticated.
