I was thrilled to find a bottle of Niida Honke's sake at a local sake retailer. I was both curious and apprehensive about what it would taste like, but... it was delicious! It has a crazy wine feel to it. It's not too sweet, so it's refreshing and goes well with food. But it doesn't have the "old-fashioned sake" feel that I'm looking for, so it's perfectly delicious. If I find this sake in the future, I'll buy it and drink it as much as possible.
