masaki
This is the first time I've seen this Daishinshu in a liquor store, and I was told that it was a limited edition sake for the "Ai-Thanksgiving Festival". On the back side of the label, the words "Koji: Love, Gratitude, Thank you" are written.
The specs are undisclosed, but I heard that Kinmon Nishiki is used for the sake rice.
It is a little dry, and you can feel the strong acidity and the good taste of the rice.
Daishinshu has no mistakes. It is a stable taste.
