Tottori sake drinking comparison of Tottori souvenirs!
The Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery, located near Mizuki Shigeru Road, the westernmost sake brewery in Tottori, is committed to unfiltered, bottle-warmed, and refrigerated storage of all Junmai sake and above. I would have liked to stop by here, but unfortunately there was no time.
We bought this sake at Food Studio Kakuban, Takashimaya Annex, in front of Yonago Station.
I wanted to drink "Goriki," which is a strong type of Chiyomusubi!
Gouryuki is a variety that is difficult to grow due to its high ears that easily fall over, and the rice is hard and takes a long time to polish, but they are trying to revive it and protect the seeds in order to preserve the rich character of the region. It's hard work!
