I drank it yesterday and I'll drink it again today... Today I bought a bottle of Kaze no Mori in Nara.
I thought it was a mild dry sake with a sour taste, not too sweet. It is plain for a Kaze no Mori and would go well with anything! With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, it is safe (?) to drink! It is safe (?) to drink!
I served it with fried horse mackerel, tuna tataki, and lettuce salad!
